I purchased the three-pack of these on Amazon and was able to get free shipping. I think that the amount of vitamins and minerals in a serving size is right along the same lines as other women’s multi-vitamins available at local stores. I was a little disappointed, though, to see that the actual serving size is three capsules. It averages about $10/month for a pretty decent multi-vitamin. I find it adequate but nothing spectacular per se, so I give it three stars.
