7.30am Get my two daughters up while I have a bowl of Crunchy Nut Cornflakes.
9am Grab a Coke Zero after the school run, then off to work.
11.30am In go the heated rollers. It’s our first technical rehearsal on stage so every aspect needs to be tested, from vocals to wigs.
2pm Quiche from home and salad from my allotment. It’s great growing things myself; I can’t help but eat vegetables regularly.
3pm Break after more singing. Sample the food being provided by Jamie Oliver’s catering company – beef tajine with rice and salad. We’re really spoilt at this venue. Food can be tricky in my profession; I need enough carbs to keep me going, but it’s tempting to snack. There are chocolate brownies everywhere.
