When the earliest rocks were formed in the solar system, they looked more like candy floss than the hard rock that we know today, according to a new research.

Researchers from Imperial College London and other international institutions made the discovery after highly detailed analysis of a meteorite fragment from the asteroid belt between Jupiter and Mars.

The ‘carbonaceous chondrite meteorite’ was originally formed in the early solar system when microscopic dust particles gathered around larger grain particles called chondrules, which were around one mm in size.

The findings show that the first solid material in the solar system was fragile and extremely porous – much like candy floss – and that it was compacted during periods of extreme turbulence into harder rock, forming the building blocks that paved the way for planets like Earth.

While Im not religious in a conventional sense, I consider myself spiritual in that I am a seeker of the meaning of life. That said, I think maybe even Im offended by this story Christian pole dancing?

Women in Spring, Texas, just outside of Houston, have taken the popular fitness trend of pole dancing and put their own twist on it.

The idea is called Pole Fitness for Jesus, and if that doesnt get your attention, Im not sure you have a pulse.  The program was started by Crystal Deans, owner and class instructor of Best Shape of Your Life.

I presume its her real name, but Crystal also happens to be an ex-strip, I mean, dancer.

I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “fail to plan, plan to fail.” I know I’ve heard it more than enough and I’m not a fan of it. Some people fail to plan because they don’t know how to do so, and this is especially true when it comes to a complete fitness program. It doesn’t mean their intentions are to fail. They probably didn’t know where to begin and out of frustration they gave up.
